Description
The STFPC320 is designed to integrate the VFD driving, key-scan matrix, LED driving, infrared (IR) remote control decoding and real-time clock (RTC) into one integrated solution. All the functions are programmable using the I2C bus.

■ No additional external resistors required for driver outputs (P-CH. open drain + pull-down resistor outputs)
■ Key scanning (up to 12 x 2 matrix = 24 keys)
■ LED ports (4 channels 20 mA max each)
