DESCRIPTIoN
The PSMDAxxC-8 Series are monolithic transient voltage suppressor arrays that provide board level protection for standard TTL and MOS bus line applications against the damaging effects of ESD, tertary lightning and switching transients.
The PSMDAxxC-8 Series has a peak pulse power ratng of 450 Wats for an 8/20µs waveshape. This series meets the IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5 requirements.
