16,384-BIT (2048 x 8) UV ERASABLE PROM MEMORY COMPONENTS

   The ET2716 is a high-speed 16K UV-erasable and electrically reprogrammable EPROM ideal for applications where fast turnaround and pattern experimentation are important requirements.  
   The ET2716 is available in a 24-pin dual in-line package with a transparent cover. The clear cover allows the user to expose the wafer to UV light to erase the bit patterns. The new pattern can then be written to the device following the programming procedure.
