General Description
The AAT3236 is a MicroPower™ Low Dropout Linear Regulator designed to deliver a continuous 300mA output load current and is capable of handling short duration current peaks up to 500mA. With a very small footprint SOT23-5 package it is ideally suited for portable applications where low noise, high power supply ripple rejection, extended battery life and small size are critical.
