OVERVIEW The S3C72C8 single-chip CMOS microcontroller has been designed for high performance using SAMSUNGs newest 4-bit CPU core, SAM47 (SAMSUNG Arrangeable Microcontrollers).
With an up-to-96-dot LCD direct drive capability flexible 16-bit timer/counter, and 4-chanel comparator, the S3C72C8 offers an excellent design solution for a low CDP and a card reader.
Up to 28 pins of the 44-pin QFP or up to 26 pins of the 42-pin SDIP package can be dedicated to I/O. Eight vectored interrupts provide fast response to internal and external events. In addition, the S3C72C8s advanced CMOS technology provides for low power consumption.
The SST89E516RDx and SST89V516RDx are members of the FlashFlex family of 8-bit microcontroller products designed and manufactured with SST’s patented and proprietary SuperFlash CMOS semiconductor process technology. The split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunneling injector offer significant costand reliability benefits for SST’s customers. The devices use the 8051 instruction set and are pin-for-pin compatible with standard 8051 microcontrol ler devices.

With a two-channel comparator, up-to-320-dot LCD direct drive capability, 8-bit timer/counter, watchdog timer and serial I/O, the S3C72K8 offers an excellent design solution for a wide variety of applications which require LCD functions.
Up to 27 pins of the 80-pin QFP package can be dedicated to I/O. Seven vectored interrupts provide fast response to internal and external events. In addition, the S3C72K8s advanced CMOS technology provides for low power consumption and a wide operating voltage range.
DESCRIPTION The LXM1623-05-44 is a Dual 4W Output Direct Drive™ CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) Inverter Module specifically designed to be compatible with the Sharp LQ104S1DG21 / 51 10.4”, LQ121S1DG31 / 41 12.1” as well as the SAMSUNG LTM121SI-T01 12.1” or similar dual lamp displays that have both individual lamp output connectors on the top side of the panel. LXM1623 modules provide the designer with a vastly superior display brightness range. This brightness range is achievable with virtually any LCD display.
