Description : Adjustable Precision Shunt Regulator

General Description
The APL431 is a 3-terminal adjustable voltage reference with specified thermal stability over applicable commercial temperature ranges. Output voltage may be set to any value between Vref (2.5 V) and 20 V with two external resistors (see Figure 2). When used with an photocoupler, the APL431 is an ideal voltage reference in isolated feedback circuits for 2.5V to 12V switching-mode Power supplies. This device has a typical output impedance of 0.1Ω. Active output circuitry provides a very sharp turn-on characteristic, making the APL431 excellent replacements for zener diodes in many applications, including on-board regulation and adjustable Power supplies.

Description : Dual Frequency Voltage Controlled Saw Oscillator

Description
The VS-550 is a SAW based voltage controlled oscillator that operates at the fundamental frequencies of the internal SAW filters. These SAW filters are high-Q quartz devices that enable the circuit to achieve low phase jitter performance over a wide operating temperature range. The dual oscillator is housed in a hermetically sealed J-lead surface mount package offered on tape and reel. It has a frequency select function that enables either “Frequency 1” or “Frequency 2.”

General Description
AH280 is the integrated Hall sensor owned two complementary outputs for motor’s coil driving, auto locked shutdown and auto restart functions. Functional block diagram includes that a regulator with temperature-compensated band-gap, an on-chip Hall voltage generator, a comparator, a Schmitt trigger and two current output drivers.
