General Description
The MAX1470 is a fully integrated low-power CMOS Superheterodyne Receiver for use with amplitude-shift keyed (ASK) data in the 315MHz band. With few required external components, and a low-current power-down mode, it is ideal for cost- and power-sensitive applications in the automotive and consumer markets. The chip consists of a 315MHz low-noise amplifier (LNA), an image rejection mixer, a fully integrated 315MHz phase-lock-loop (PLL), a 10.7MHz IF limiting amplifier stage with received-signal-strength indicator (RSSI) and an ASK demodulator, and analog baseband data-recovery circuitry.
The MAX1470 is available in a 28-pin TSSOP package.

The MAX1471 Low-Power, CMOS, Superheterodyne, RF dual-channel Receiver is designed to receive both amplitude-shift-keyed (ASK) and frequency-shift-keyed (FSK) data without reconfiguring the device or introducing any time delay normally associated with changing modulation schemes. The MAX1471 requires few external components to realize a complete wireless RF digital data Receiver for the 300MHz to 450MHz ISM bands.

General Description
The MAX7042 fully integrated, Low-Power, CMOS Superheterodyne RF Receiver is designed to receive frequency-shift-keyed (FSK) data at rates up to 66kbps nonreturn-to-zero (NRZ) (33kbps Manchester). The MAX7042 requires only a few external components to realize a complete wireless RF Receiver at 308, 315, 418, and 433.92MHz.
The MAX7042 includes all the active components
required in a Superheterodyne Receiver including a low noise amplifier (LNA), an image-rejection (IR) mixer, a fully integrated phase-locked loop (PLL), local oscillator (LO), 10.7MHz IF limiting amplifier with received-signal-strength indicator (RSSI), low-noise FM demodulator, and a 3V regulator. Differential peak-detecting data demodulators are included for baseband data recovery.
The MAX7042 is available in a 32-pin TQFN and is specified over the automotive -40°C to +125°C temperature range.

The MAX7033 consists of a low-noise amplifier (LNA), a fully differential image-rejection mixer, an on-chip phase-locked loop (PLL) with integrated voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), a 10.7MHz IF limiting amplifier stage with received-signal-strength indicator (RSSI), and analog baseband data-recovery circuitry. The MAX7033 also has a discrete one-step automatic gain control (AGC) that reduces the LNA gain by 35dB when the RF input signal exceeds -62dBm. The AGC circuitry offers an externally controlled hold feature.
The MAX7033 is available in 28-pin TSSOP and 32-pin TQFN packages and is specified over the extended (-40°C to +105°C) temperature range.
