HMS81C2020AK CMOS Single-Chip 8-Bit Microcontroller with A/D Converter & VFD Driver


The HMS81C2012A and HMS81C2020Aare advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 12K/20K bytes of ROM. These are a powerful microcontroller which provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution to many VFD applications. These provide the following standard features: 12K/20K bytes of ROM, 448 bytes of RAM, 8-bit timer/counter, 8-bit A/D converter, 10-bit High Speed PWM Output, Programmable Buzzer Driving Port, 8-bit Basic Interval Timer, 7-bit Watch dog Timer, Serial Peripheral Interface, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry. They also come with high voltage I/O pins that can directly drive a VFD (Vacuum Fluorescent Display). In addition, the HMS81C2012A and HMS81C2020A support power saving modes to reduce power consumption.

The TMS570LS series is a high performance automotive grade microcontroller family which has been certified for use in IEC 61508 SIL3 safety systems. The QorIQ P2020 and P2010 dual- and single-core products are pin compatible with the QorIQ P1 family devices in the value performance tier, offering four interchangeable cost-effective solutions. Target Applications
The P2010 and P2020 processors serve in a wide range of applications, notably those with tight thermal constraints. With an available junction temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C, the devices can be used in power-sensitive defense, aerospace and industrial applications, and less protected outdoor environments. They enable various combinations of data plane and control plane workloads in networking and telecom applications that require higher performance but want to avoid the complexity of partitioning the application across many cores.
