GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AD834 is a monolithic, laser-trimmed four-quadrant analog multiplier intended for use in high frequency applications, with a transconductance bandwidth (RL = 50 Ω) in excess of 500 MHz from either of the differential voltage inputs. The AD8341 vector modulator performs arbitrary amplitude and phase modulation of an RF signal.

The AD8346 is a silicon RFIC I/Q modulator for use from 0.8 GHz to 2.5 GHz. Its excellent phase accuracy and amplitude balance allow high performance direct modulation to RF.
