The R×5VL Series are Voltage Detector ICs with high Detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current by CMOS process. Each of these ICs consists of a Voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for Voltage detection, an output driver and a hysteresis circuit.

The Detector threshold is fixed with high accuracy. Two output Types, Nch open drain type and CMOS type, are available. Three types of packages, TO-92, SOT-89 (Mini-power Mold), SOT-23-5 (Mini-mold), are available.

The RN5VD Series are Voltage Detector ICs with output delay functions and high Detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current by CMOS process, which can be operated at an extremely low Voltage and is used,for instance, for system reset. Each of these ICs consists of a Voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for Voltage detection, an output driver, a hysteresis circuit and an output delay generator.  The Detector threshold is fixed with high accuracy in the IC and requires no adjustment. The RN5VD Series are operable by a lower Voltage than that for the Rx5VL Series, and can be driven by a single battery. Two output types, Nch open drain type and CMOS type, are available.  Since the package for these ICs are SOT-23-5(Mini-mold)package, high density mounting of the ICs on board is possible.

The NCP304A is a second generation ultra−low current Voltage Detector. This device is specifically designed for use as a reset controller in portable microprocessor based systems where extended battery life is paramount.
This device features a highly accurate underVoltage Detector with hysteresis which prevents erratic system reset operation as the comparator threshold is crossed.
The NCP304A consists of complementary output devices that are available with either an active high or active low reset output.
The NCP304A is available in the SC−82AB package with standard underVoltage thresholds. Additional thresholds that range from 0.9 V to 4.9 V in 100 mV steps can be manufactured.

Description : Photoelectronic Smoke Detector with Fixed Heat

General Description
Model 2100TR is a 2-wire photoelectronic smoke Detector that uses a state-of-the-art optical sensing chamber. This Detector also provides restorable, 135˚F fixed-temperature heat detection. The 2100TR heat-detection unit is integrated with the photoelectronic sensor. This Detector is designed to provide open area protection and to be used with compatible UL-listed panels only.
Installation of this Detector is simplified by the use of a mounting bracket and a plug-in screw terminal block that can be prewired to the system, allowing the Detector to be easily installed or removed for cleaning. The Detector’s sensitivity can be tested in place using the MOD400R Test Module.
An LED on the Detector provides a local visual indication of the Detector’s status. If power is applied to the Detector and it is functioning normally in standby within the listed sensitivity range, the status LED blinks every ten seconds. The LED also latches on in alarm. If the LED stops blinking, the unit should be removed for maintenance and inspection.

General Description
Model 2100AT is a 2-wire photoelectronic smoke Detectors that uses a state-of-the-art optical sensing chamber. This Detector also provides restorable, 135˚F fixed-temperature heat detection. The AMS26 series are Voltage Detector ICs featuring a high accuracy Detector threshold of ±2.0% and ultra-low supply current. Description:
The NTE974 consists of two digital phase Detectors, a charge pump, and an amplifier. In combination with a Voltage controlled multivibrator, it is useful in a broad range of phase–locked loop applications. The circuit accepts MTTL waveforms at the R and V inputs and generates an error Voltage that is proportional to the frequency and/or phase difference of the input signals. Phase Detector #1 is intended for use in systems requiring zero frequency and phase difference at lock. Phase Detector #2 is used if quadrature lock is desired.
