The R×5VL Series are VOLTAGE DETECTOR ICs with high DETECTOR threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current by CMOS process. Each of these ICs consists of a VOLTAGE reference unit, a comparator, resistors for VOLTAGE detection, an output driver and a hysteresis circuit.

The DETECTOR threshold is fixed with high accuracy. Two output Types, Nch open drain type and CMOS type, are available. Three types of packages, TO-92, SOT-89 (Mini-power Mold), SOT-23-5 (Mini-mold), are available.

General Description
Model 2100AT is a 2-wire photoelectronic smoke DETECTORs that uses a state-of-the-art optical sensing chamber. This DETECTOR also provides restorable, 135˚F fixed-temperature heat detection. The 2100AT heat-detection unit is integrated with the photoelectronic sensor. This DETECTOR is designed to provide open area protection and to be used with compatible UL-listed panels only.
In addition, a piezoelectric horn in each DETECTOR produces an interrupted, 85 dBA tone when the individual DETECTOR alarms or when the supply VOLTAGE polarity is reversed. Installation of this DETECTOR is simplified by the use of a mounting bracket and a plug-in screw terminal block that can be prewired to the system, allowing the DETECTOR to be easily installed or removed for cleaning. The DETECTOR’s sensitivity can be tested in place using the MOD400R Test Module. An LED on the DETECTOR provides a local visual indication of The DETECTORs also include an output that allows optional connection of the RA400Z Remote Annunciator.

The NTE974 consists of two digital phase DETECTORs, a charge pump, and an amplifier. In combination with a VOLTAGE controlled multivibrator, it is useful in a broad range of phase–locked loop applications. The circuit accepts MTTL waveforms at the R and V inputs and generates an error VOLTAGE that is proportional to the frequency and/or phase difference of the input signals. Phase DETECTOR #1 is intended for use in systems requiring zero frequency and phase difference at lock. Phase DETECTOR #2 is used if quadrature lock is desired. Phase DETECTOR #2 can also be used to indicate that the main loop, utilizing phase DETECTOR #1, is out of lock.
