GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 are Precision 10.0 V, 5.0 V, 2.5 V, and 3.0 V band gap Voltage References featuring high accuracy, high stability, and low power consumption. The parts are housed in tiny, 5-lead SC70 and TSOT packages, as well as in 8-lead SOIC versions. The SOIC versions of the ADR01, ADR02, and ADR03 are drop-in replacements1 to the industry standard REF01, REF02, and REF03. The small footprint and wide operating range make the ADR0x References ideally suited for general-purpose and space-constrained applications.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The REF0x series of Precision Voltage References provide a stable 10.0 V, 5.0 V, or 2.5 V output with minimal change in response to variations in supply Voltage, ambient temperature or load conditions. The parts are available in 8-lead SOIC, PDIP, CERDIP, and TO-99 packages, as well as 20-terminal LCC packages (883 only), furthering the parts’ usability in both standard and high stress applications.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The AD780 is an ultrahigh Precision bandgap reference Voltage which provides a 2.5 V or 3.0 V output from inputs between 4.0 V and 36 V. Low initial error and temperature drift combined with low output noise and the ability to drive any value of capacitance make the AD780 the ideal choice for enhancing the performance of high resolution ADCs and DACs and for any general purpose Precision reference application. A unique low headroom design facilitates a 3.0 V output from a 5.0 V ± 10% input, providing a 20% boost to the dynamic range of an ADC, over performance with existing 2.5 V References.
