DESCRIPTION
The LTC®4440 is a high frequency high side N-channel MOSFET Gate Driver that is designed to operate in applica tions with VINVoltages up to 80V. The LTC4440 can also withstand and continue to function during 100V VIN tran sients. The powerful Driver Capability reduces switching losses in MOSFETs with high Gate capacitances. The LTC4440’s pull-up has a peak output current of 2.4A and its pull-down has an output impedance of 1.5Ω.

Description : High Voltage, High and Low Side Driver

The NCP5106 is a high Voltage Gate Driver IC providing two outputs for direct drive of 2 N−channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs arranged in a half−bridge configuration version B or any other high−side + low−side configuration version A.
