Description
Vectron’s V-Type Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) is a quartz stabilized square wave generator with a CMOS output and is tested at CMOS and TTL (5.0 volt operation) logic levels.
The V-Type’s small footprint and low profile make it ideally suitable for PCMCIA applications as well as any other where size is limited but performance is required.

The SST89E516RDx and SST89V516RDx are members of the FlashFlex family of 8-bit microcontroller products designed and manufactured with SST’s patented and proprietary SuperFlash CMOS semiconductor process technology. The split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunneling injector offer significant costand reliability benefits for SST’s customers. General Description
The G5130/G5131 boost converter is designed for use of main power source on portable equipments.
It consist of an oscillator, PSM control logic circuit, an embedded power MOS (LX switch), accurate voltage reference, error amplifier, feedback resistors, and LX protection circuit.
Only 3 external components (includes 1 inductor, 1 diode and 1 capacitor) are needed to construct the power application.
For larger output power application, G5131 can be used to drive an external NPN device for more input current.

C-Band DWDM DFB Laser Component
The 1754C laser component is a Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) laser for analog CATV applications. It features a distributed-feedback (DFB) device that has been designed specifically for radio frequency (RF) and CATV applications. The 1754C laser component has a wide temperature range for reliable performance in harsh node environments and narrow transmitter designs. It also features low adiabatic chirp to maximize signal quality in short and long lengths of fiber. The laser’s excellent inherent linearity minimizes degradation of the broadcast signals caused by quadrature amplitude modulated (QAM) channels.
The 1754C is available in all C-band ITU grid wavelengths.
