GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The OP196 family of CBCMOS OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIERS features MICROPOWER operation and RAIL-TO-RAIL input and OUTPUT ranges. The extremely low power requirements and guaranteed opera tion from 3 V to 12 V make these AMPLIFIERS perfectly suited to monitor battery usage and to control battery charging. Their dynamic performance, including 26 nV/√Hz voltage noise density, recommends them for battery-powered audio applications. Capacitive loads to 200 pF are handled without oscillation. The OP196/OP296/OP496 are specified over the industrial (–40°C to +125°C) temperature range. 3 V operation is specified over the 0°C to 125°C temperature range.

The TLV245x is a family of RAIL-TO-RAIL input/OUTPUT OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIERS that set a new performance point for supply current and ac performance. These devices consume a mere 23 µA/channel while offering 220 kHz of gain bandwidth product; much higher than competitive devices with similar supply current levels. Along with increased ac performance, the amplifier provides high OUTPUT drive capability, solving a major shortcoming of older MICROPOWER RAIL-TO-RAIL input/OUTPUT OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIERS. The TLV245x can swing to within 250 mV of each supply rail while driving a 2.5-mA load. Both the inputs and OUTPUTs swing RAIL-TO-RAIL for increased dynamic range in low-voltage applications. This performance makes the TLV245x family ideal for portable medical equipment, patient monitoring systems, and data acquisition circuits.

The ISL28274 is a combination of a MICROPOWER instrumentation amplifier (Amp A) with a low power precision
amplifier (Amp B) in a single package. The ISL28474 consist of two MICROPOWER instrumentation AMPLIFIERS (Amp A) and two low power precision AMPLIFIERS (Amp B) in a single package. The AMPLIFIERS are optimized for operation at 2.4V to 5V single supplies. Inputs and OUTPUTs can operate rail-to rail. As with all instrumentation AMPLIFIERS, a pair of inputs provide a high common-mode rejection and are completely independent from a pair of feedback terminals.

General Description
The LMC6462/4 is a MICROPOWER version of the popular LMC6482/4, combining RAIL-TO-RAIL Input and OUTPUT Range with very low power consumption. The LMC6462/4 provides an input common-mode voltage range that exceeds both rails. The RAIL-TO-RAIL OUTPUT swing of the amplifier, guaranteed for loads down to 25 kX, assures maximum dynamic sigal range. The TLV2422 and TLV2422A are dual low-voltage OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIERS from Texas Instruments. The common-mode input voltage range for this device has been extended over the typical CMOS AMPLIFIERS making them suitable for a wide range of applications. In addition, the devices do not phase invert when the common-mode input is driven to the supply rails. This satisfies most design requirements without paying a premium for RAIL-TO-RAIL input performance. They also exhibit RAIL-TO-RAIL OUTPUT performance for increased dynamic range in single- or split-supply applications. This family is fully characterized at 3-V and 5-V supplies and is optimized for low-voltage operation. The TLV2422 only requires 50 µA of supply current per channel, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The TLV2422 also has increased OUTPUT drive over previous RAIL-TO-RAIL OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIERS and can drive 600-Ω loads for telecom applications.
