DESCRIPTION
The STP8CL596 is a monolithic, medium-VOLTAGE, LOW CURRENT power 8-bit shift register designed for LED panel display.
The STP8CL596 contains a 8-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift register that feeds a 8-bitD-type storage register. In the output stage, sixteen regulated CURRENT sources were designed to provide 15-90mA CONSTANT CURRENT to drive the LEDs.

Description
The TLC59025 device is designed for LED displays and LED lighting applications. The TLC59025 contains a 16-BIT shift register and data latches, which convert serial input data into parallel output format. At the TLC59025 output stage, 16 regulated-CURRENT ports provide uniform and CONSTANT CURRENT for driving LEDs within a wide range of VF variations.
