PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The AD1403 and AD1403A are improved three-terminal, LOW COST, temperature compensated, bandgap voltage REFERENCES that provide a fixed 2.5 V output voltage for inputs between 4.5 V
and 40 V. A unique combination of advanced circuit design and laser-wafer-trimmed thin-film resistors provides the AD1403/AD1403A with an initial tolerance of ±10 mV and a temperature stability of better than 25 ppm/°C. In addition, the LOW quiescent current drain of 1.5 mA (max) offers a clear advantage over classICal Zener techniques.

General Description
The MAX6100–MAX6107 are LOW-COST, LOW-dropout (LDO), micropower voltage REFERENCES. These three-terminal REFERENCES are available with output voltage options of 1.25V, 1.8V, 2.048V, 2.5V, 3V, 4.096V, 4.5V, and 5V. They feature a proprietary curvature-correction circuit and laser-trimmed, thin-film resistors that result in a LOW temperature coefficient of 75ppm/°C (max) and an initial accuracy of ±0.4% (max). These devices are specified over the extended temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).

DESCRIPTION
The VRE4100 is a LOW COST, high PRECISION bandgap reference that operates from +5V. The devICe features LOW noise, digital error correction, and an SOIC-8 package. The ultrastable output is 0.05% accurate with a temperature coeffICient as LOW as 1.0 ppm/°C. The improvement in overall accuracy is made possible by using EEPROM registers and CMOS DAC’s for temperature and initial error correction.
