DESCRIPTION
The 74LVX132 is a LOW VOLTAGE CMOS QUAD 2-INPUT SCHMITT NAND GATE fabricated WITH sub-micron silicon GATE and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. It is ideal for LOW power, battery operated and LOW noise 3.3V applications. Power down protection is provided on all inputs and 0 to 7V can be accepted on inputs WITH no regard to the supply VOLTAGE.

The IW4093B consists of four SCHMITT-trigger circuits. Each circuit functions as a two-input NAND GATE WITH SCHMITT-trigger action on both inputs. The GATE switches at different points for positive- and negative- going signals. The difference between the positive VOLTAGE (VP) and the negative VOLTAGE (VN) is defined as hysteresis VOLTAGE (VH) (see Fig.1).
