BD9528AMUV is a 2ch switching regulator controller with high output current which can achieve low output voltage (1.0V~5.5V) from a wide input voltage range (5.5V~28V). High efficiency for the switching regulator can be realized by utilizing an external N-MOSFET power transistor.   A new technology called H3Reg (High speed, High efficiency, High performance) is a Rohm proprietary control method to realize ultra high transient response against load change. SLLM (Simple Light Load Mode) technology is also integrated to improve efficiency in light load mode, providing high efficiency over a wide load range.



For protection and ease of use, 2ch LDO (5V/3.3V (total 100mA)), the soft start function, variable frequency function, short circuit protection function with timer latch, over voltage protection, and power good function are all built in. This switching regulator is specially designed for main power supply of laptop PC.

General Description
The RT8223L/M is a dual step-down, switch-mode power supply controller generating logic-supply voltages in battery-powered systems. It includes two Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controllers adjustable from 2V to 5.5V, and also features fixed 5V/3.3V linear regulators. Each linear regulator provides up to 100mA output current with automatic linear regulator bootstrapping to the PWM outputs. The RT8223L/M includes on-board power up sequencing, a power good output, internal soft-start, and soft-discharge output that prevents negative voltage during shutdown.

Introduction
This document describes a 15-W flyback switched mode power supply (SMPS) application that uses an emitter-switched bipolar transistor (ESBT™) switch (STC03DE220HV) and L6565 quasi-resonant pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller.
The application is a universal, cost-effective flyback converter used in metering applications, with an excellent wide-voltage input range from 125 to 1250 VDC, achieved using the ESBT as the main switch and a quasi-resonant PWM driver.

General Description

The RT8205A/B/C dual step-down, switch-mode power supply controller generates logic-supply voltages in battery-powered systems. The RT8205A/B/C includes two pulse-width modulation (PWM) controllers fixed at 5V/3.3V or adjustable from 2V to 5.5V. An alternative LGATE1

output LG1_CP can be used for external charge pump (RT8205B). And an optional external charge pump can be monitored through SECFB (RT8205C). This device also features 2 linear regulators providing fixed 5V and 3.3V outputs. The linear regulator each provides up to 70mA output current with automatic linear-regulator bootstrapping to the PWM outputs. The RT8205A/B/C includes on-board power-up sequencing, the power-good output, internal soft start, and internal soft-discharge output that prevents negative voltages on shutdown.
