The MC10H171 is a binary coded 2 line to Dual 4 line decoder with selected outputs low. With either E0 or E1 high, the corresponding selected 4 outputs are high. The common enable E, when high, forces all outputs high.

DESCRIPTION
The 74F139 is a high speed, Dual 1-of-4 Decoder/Demultiplexer. This device has two independent decoders, each accepting two binary weighted inputs (A0n, A1n) and providing four mutually exclusive active-Low outputs (Q0n–Q3n). Each decoder has an active-Low Enable (E). When E is High, every output is forced High. The Enable can be used as the Data input for a 1-of-4 demultiplexer application.
