The MSM7654, which is a DIGITAL VIDEO ENCODER supporting NTSC/PAL formats, converts DIGITAL image data to an analog VIDEO signal. The MC13077 is a high quality RGB/YUV to NTSC/PAL ENCODER WITH Composite VIDEO AND S–VIDEO outputs.
