GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Rail-to-Rail output swing combined with dc accuracy are the key features of the OP495 quad and OP295 dual CBCMOS Operational Amplifiers. By using a bipolar front end, lower noise and higher accuracy than that of CMOS designs has been achieved. Both input and output ranges include the negative supply, pro
viding the user “zero-in/zero-out” capability. For users of 3.3 volt systems such as lithium batteries, the OP295/OP495 is specified for three volt operation.

Description : LOW VOLTAGE RAIL–TO–RAIL Operational Amplifiers

The MC33206/7 family of Operational Amplifiers provide rail–to–rail operation on both the input and output. The inputs can be driven as high as 200 mV beyond the supply rails without phase reversal on the outputs and the output can swing within 50 mV of each rail. This rail–to–rail operation enables the user to make full use of the supply voltage range available. It is designed to work at very low supply voltages (±0.9 V) yet can operate with a single supply of up to 12 V and ground. Output current boosting techniques provide a high output current capability while keeping the drain current of the amplifier to a minimum.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The OP196 family of CBCMOS Operational Amplifiers features micropower operation and Rail-to-Rail input and output ranges. The extremely low power requirements and guaranteed opera tion from 3 V to 12 V make these Amplifiers perfectly suited to monitor battery usage and to control battery charging. Their dynamic performance, including 26 nV/√Hz voltage noise density, recommends them for battery-powered audio applications. Capacitive loads to 200 pF are handled without oscillation. The OP196/OP296/OP496 are specified over the industrial (–40°C to +125°C) temperature range. 3 V operation is specified over the 0°C to 125°C temperature range.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This new family of Amplifiers has ultralow offset, drift and bias current. The AD8571, AD8572 and AD8574 are single, dual and quad Amplifiers featuring Rail-to-Rail input and output swings. All are guaranteed to operate from 2.7 V to 5 V single supply.
The AD857x family provides the benefits previously found only in expensive autozeroing or chopper-stabilized Amplifiers. Using Analog Devices’ new topology these new zero-drift Amplifiers combine low cost with high accuracy. (No external capacitors are required.) In addition, using a patented spread-spectrum autozero technique, the AD857x family virtually eliminates the intermodulation effects from interaction of the chopping function with the signal frequency in ac applications.
