General Description

DESCRIPTION

The device eliminates the need for external zero and full-scale adjustments. Easy interfacing to microprocessors is provided by the latched and decoded MULTIPLEXER address inputs and latched TTL TRI-STATE outputs.
The design of the ADC0808, ADC0809 has been optimized by incorporating the most desirable aspects of several A/D conversion techniques. The ADC0808, ADC0809 offers high speed, high accuracy, minimal temperature dependence, excellent long-term accuracy and repeatability, and consumes minimal power. General Description
The ADC12130, ADC12132 and ADC12138 are 12-bit plus sign successive approximation A/D CONVERTERS WITH serial I/O and configurable input MULTIPLEXER. The ADC12132 and ADC12138 have a 2 and an 8 channel MULTIPLEXER, respectively. The differential MULTIPLEXER outputs and A/D inputs are available on the MUXOUT1, MUXOUT2, A/DIN1 and A/DIN2 pins. The ADC12130 has a two channel MULTIPLEXER WITH the MULTIPLEXER outputs and A/D inputs internally connected. The ADC12130 family is tested WITH a 5 MHz clock. On request, these A/Ds go through a self calibration process that adjusts
linearity, zero and full-scale errors to typically less than ±1 LSB each.
