DESCRIPTION
The KM110BH/2430 AND the KM110BH/2470 are SENSOR modules for contactless measurement of angular displacements of strong magnetic fields. The modules are a ready-trimmed (sensitivity AND zero point) combination of a magnetoresistive KMZ SENSOR AND a signal conditioning circuit in hybrid technology.
The KM110BH/2430 delivers a voltage output signal which is a linear function of the direction of the magnetic field. The KM110BH/2470 delivers a sinusoidal voltage output signal. The modules can be used for contactless ANGLE measurement.

Description : ANGLE SENSOR with integrated amplifier

General description
The MagnetoResistive (MR) SENSOR with integrated amplifier is designed for angular control applications AND BrushLess DC (BLDC) motors with even-numbered pole pairs. It consists of two microchips within one package, an ANGLE SENSOR AND an amplifier Integrated Circuit (IC). The circuit delivers cosine AND sine output signals related to the ANGLE of a rotating magnetic field. The output voltage range is ratiometric related to the supply voltage. The Temperature Coefficient (TC) of the SENSOR amplitude can be compensated. A ratiometric output voltage linear to the temperature is delivered. A Power-down mode is implemented.

Description : ANGLE SENSOR

DESCRIPTION
The ZMT31 allows the contactless counting of the revolutions of a rotating magnet which is mounted on the axis of a wheel. Zero output voltages of the Wheatstones bridges are used as trigger signals. The sense of rotation of the wheel is taken into account by comparing the signal outputs of both Wheatstone bridges which are proportional to sin2(α) or sin2(α+45). The ANGLE can be determined by evaluating these signals. Alternatively it is possible to use the voltage signals of four half bridges which are trimmed on Vb/2.

FEATURES
• Measures the magnetic field hrot (> 50kA/m) generated by a permanent magnet which rotates over the SENSOR
• Magnetic field hrot parallel to the chip surface causes a sinusoidal output signal
• Package : SM-8 (available on 12mm tape)
